Conscious Pregnancy - Kundalini Yoga Course For Pregnant Women
During these classes you will gain knowledge about the yogic teachings on conception, pregnancy, birthing, mothering in its spiritual, mental and physical aspect. You will learn: when your baby’s soul integrates fully into its body in your belly and how it develops how to take care for yourself and your baby during pregnancy and after delivery what is important for you and your baby after delivery.
Relaxation during pregnancy is absolutely necessary to ensure that your baby develops properly. At a class you will learn how to do it. Keeping up a Kundalini Yoga practice will strengthen your body, nervous system, endocrine system, muscles, and also will strengthen you mentally. You will be prepared for delivery.

As with any other exercise you should consult your doctor before embarking on yoga in pregnancy. Just make sure there are no contraindications to it!
The course lasts 6 weeks, classes will be held twice a week.
Yoga Post-partum
You participate in this class without your baby in order to relax and strengthen your body after delivery. After delivery women take care only of their babies and they often forget about themselves. It is you who should take care of yourself and nobody else. If you are in a good mood, so is your baby. |
