The form of class
Every class consists of three parts:
Kriya - a specific set of exercises sequenced in a certain order for a specific reason (working on your body and soul)
Deep relaxation
Meditation - similarly to kriya – helps you to balance/heal a particular sphere and develop neutral mind
Kriyas and meditations include:
Pranayamas - breathing exercises
Poses and active exercises
Laya yoga - chanting mantras
Mudras - specific hand positions closing the flow of energy This is a very specific method of work on body and soul, giving effects in relatively short period of time. A daily practice of sadhana is recommended to achieve good results quicker.

Wednesday: 7.45 - 9.15
Friday: 17:30 - 19:00
Peymant: 20 PLN for each class
You should turn up 15 mins before each class, wear loose comfortable clothing, try to refrain from eating for at least two hours before class.
Any indispositions, like menstruation or injuries should be reported before the class. |
